For new setups hosted with us, standard domain and hosting may be provided for the first 3 months of active monthly service. After the first 3 months, domain renewal, hosting, and any related third party costs may be billed separately unless included in a written agreement. Premium domains, special server requirements, and external services are not included.

For new annual customers hosted with us, the first year of standard domain registration and hosting may be included. If the customer prefers to use their own hosting provider, we can set up the website on the customer hosting account, but the customer is responsible for their own hosting, domain, renewals, access, provider limitations, and third party fees. Premium domains and special hosting requirements are not included unless approved in writing.
Annual license does not include ownership of the platform, resale rights, source code transfer, major custom development, unlimited revisions, third party fees, or special integrations unless agreed in writing.
Lifetime Ownership

If hosted with us, Lifetime Ownership includes up to 2 years of standard domain registration and hosting. After the included hosting period, renewals, hosting, domain fees, maintenance, and third party services may be billed separately. If the customer chooses to use their own hosting provider, hosting, domain registration, renewals, provider limitations, access, and third party fees remain the customer responsibility.
Lifetime ownership does not include unlimited custom development, ongoing monthly maintenance, future major rebuilds, premium domains, special server requirements, third party subscriptions, resale rights, redistribution rights, source code transfer, or transfer to another business unless separately approved in writing.
